Hello! I’m Blair Sutherland, a Product Designer and UX/UI advocate based in Boise, Idaho. I specialize in creating efficient, intuitive, and user-friendly designs through a human-centered approach.
My Process
In my design process, I adhere to the principles of design thinking, a methodology that places a strong emphasis on understanding user needs and solving complex problems through a human-centered approach.
The journey begins with thorough research, where I delve into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points. This research phase not only involves studying existing solutions but also engaging directly with the target audience through interviews, surveys, and observations.
Armed with valuable insights, I move on to crafting a solid information architecture that forms the backbone of the design. This involves organizing and structuring information in a way that is intuitive for users, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
Additionally, my design process incorporates business analysis to align creative solutions with organizational goals and market demands. My overall goal is to create innovative and human-centric designs that not only meet user needs but also contribute to the overall success of the business.
